The Mixing Spoon has a hole in the center which gives less resistance while mixing or stirring and helps mix all ingredients thoroughly as the mixture will flow through it. The Mixing Spoon is great for mixing dough or other foods of heavy consistency. The sharp edge scrapes the mixture from the edges of the mixing bowl or the casseroles for thorough mixing. The Mixing Spoon is also very useful to taste your preparations. Thanks to the front straight shape and the “O” shape around the hole, you can scoop from your preparation and taste without having it escaping on the other side.
